Where did the time go...

Wow, really?  Has it been almost 3 months since I posted a blog?  What the heck!?!

Quick update in order then.

So I didn't manage to hit my target of 41 Knob climbs by my birthday.  Just over a week before my bday I injured myself which put a halt to that, however, I reckon it's time to finish that!  In fact, I was ready to go on Sunday but then I chose playing squash instead.  I have yet another tournie coming up so all my free time this week, like the week before has been on the court.  

We're also heading to Rarotonga for the Cook Island Open in October so we're getting as much training in as possible.  Funnily enough, we registered thinking we'll just go for fun, get knocked out in the first round and then drink cocktails for the rest of the week.  Things have changed and I'm definitely going over to win, well do my very best to win. 

Anywho, just scribbling to say I'm back...not that I went anywhere.  Even though I haven't   smashed the Knob for a while I haven't gone completely off track, just different exercise routine.   It will be great to get back into my accountability posts, which means you'll have to endure more sweaty selfies...#sorrynotsorry. 

#28 coming soon, in the meantime here's the latest before and after.  After was taken about 30mins ago.  And no, that's not a 6 pack in making...just fricken rolls that need to feck off.
