#27 - I've made an executive decision
Ok folks you saw it here first. I've decided to bring my quit date forward to tomorrow. Tomorrow because that's when I'll finish this pack.
On my way up Colonial Knob this evening it dawned on me that this was the time. If I'm going to be able to make it up without feeling like my heart is going to pop out I really need to kick the habit so that's what I'll do.
I don't however want to become one of those 'ex smokers' who rants about how bad it is or gives smokers that 'look' (because we already know it's not good for your health) so if I do, I give you permission to give me a tap and by all means tell me to shut up as you roll your eyes at me.
