Get up already... #aintnocouchbunny


I'm thrilled to have kept up my treadmill challenge, it's become part of the daily routine which makes it easier...until last night.

I found myself procrastinating about getting on the treadmill, which was a first since starting. I'm not too sure why I wasn't as motivated but after peeling myself off the couch I walked past a photo of my nana and just like that, I was ready for my 40 mins of fun. (Thank you nana for the nudge!)

Since starting 33 days ago I've only missed 2 days due to getting home late, and I'm totally fine with that. I'm super thrilled with the results having lost just over 7 kilos in 33 days, a wonderful side effect of exercising and reducing my intake of carbs significantly.

There's really only one thing to do now and that's to keep going!

Forty five minutes later, mission accomplished! Phew!
