#cd240 - Attend a live show

I think the last time I went to a live show, that wasn't a music concert or Oprah, would have been Laughing Samoans many moons ago.

Last night we went to watch Heath Franklin's Chopper, Live from Anzakistan, pronounced ANZAC-is-stan. What a treat, he's simply hilarious. I do think he's an acquired taste, loads of f bombs along with some others I won't even mention here, but if you can see past that you'd enjoy it.

Aside from laughing out loud for just over an hour it was also pretty cool to take a stroll with my beloved along the gorgeous Wellington waterfront...bonus! Luckily for us it was a pretty mint night unlike tonight.

All in all a fab way to end the weekend and awesome to tick this one off the list. Next live show will be the ballet. I suspect I might be flying solo on that one!
